		<description>I absolutely love the Apple Cupcake Idea. We eat tons of apples, The kiddos like them but sometimes they have that Oh apples again going on, so I will try the cupcakes, they love apples with peanut butter. Thanks for the great idea</description>

		<description>These are some great ideas!  I admit I was better at this when my son was younger, but I still try to make sure his diet is varied and healthy.  And I always serve fruits or vegetables with meals.  I recently started getting carbonated water to mix with fruit juices to drink instead of sugary sodas.</description>
